JD Wetherspoon, reported today that their record of 29 years of sales and profit growth has remained intact, with FY sales for 53 weeks ended 29th July up 11.7% on last year to £1.197 billion. Before exceptional items pre-tax profits were up as well, by 8.4% to £72.4 million.
