The placing of £680m of new UK real estate securitisations in the past 10 days is raising hopes that CMBS is on the verge of making a comeback. Toys R Us' eagerly anticipated £300m CMBS Debussy DTC was launched late last week, replacing Vanwall Finance, an earlier £355m securitisation that expired in April.
